In this role, you will be the voice of our company, providing exceptional service and support to our customers while promoting our mission of sustainability. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries, process orders, and ensure that their experience with Eco Block is nothing short of excellent. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about environmental issues and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You will engage with a diverse range of clients who share our commitment to eco-conscious living, thus helping to foster a community around sustainable practices. As part of our team, you will not only help resolve customer issues but also contribute to our growth and success as an industry leader in eco-friendly materials. Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Process customer orders and provide up-to-date information on order status and delivery timelines.
  • Resolve product issues and customer complaints while ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Educate customers about our sustainable building materials and practices to promote informed purchasing.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our database.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and logistics, to streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance product knowledge and service skills.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in communication or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related role, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on active listening.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy.
  • Basic proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A passion for sustainability and knowledge of eco-friendly practices is preferred.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
