Job Description

Account Manager/Customer Service Tasks & Duties (What you'll do)

  • Think fast, find answers, and respond quickly to customer issues, all with a polite, empathic, and professional / positive voice and manner

  • Up-sell and cross-sell

  • Able to generate sales leads from calls

  • Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems

  • Memorize, recall, or research answers quickly

  • Assess customers’ needs and provide the correct solution

  • Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies

  • Meet and go above personal and team targets, goals, and quotas

  • Aim for customer resolution and return

  • Record, organize and file customer interactions and profile/account changes

  • Address returns, refunds, and shipping tracking numbers

Account Manager/Customer Service Shift Info

  • Day Shift, 8:00AM to 5:00PM

  • Monday - Friday

Account Manager/Customer Service Qualifications (Requirements/Skills)

  • 2-3 years of management & customer service experience preferred

  • Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen

  • Able to pass a background check

  • Able to work in the US

  • Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field

  • Excellent at communicating over the phone and handling phone systems

  • Basic computer skills and experience with tracking and recording call information, filing documents or updating customer profiles/accounts

  • Able to concentrate on multiple problems at once

  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills

  • Ability to answer the phone, listen actively, relay information, and type basic information simultaneously

  • Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution
