Job Description
We are seeking an experienced CSR for a permanent position with a global chemical client; this position will provide support to their current operations.
Job Overview:
Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients involved in turnaround projects, ensuring clear and efficient communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Scheduling and Updates: Coordinate with clients to establish timelines and keep them informed about project progress, delays, and changes to schedules.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports for management and clients on project status, delays, and any issues that arise during the turnaround process.
Resource Allocation: Assist in the coordination of necessary resources (e.g., personnel, equipment, chemicals) to ensure the timely and efficient execution of turnaround tasks.
Qualifications:
- Over 5 years of Customer Service experience in a chemical/refinery/petrochemical/O&G environment.
- Turnaround experience is a plus
