The ideal candidate will serve as a key point of contact, ensuring clear communication, problem resolution, and strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional and courteous support to customers through various communication channels

  • Address inquiries, requests, and concerns with accuracy and efficiency

  • Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of issues

  • Follow established procedures while identifying opportunities to improve customer experience

  • Uphold company standards, policies, and service excellence at all times

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • High attention to detail and professionalism
