The Customer Service Specialist interacts with customers and ensures that they have a positive experience when conducting business with the company. They primarily field incoming telephone calls but occasionally meet face-to-face with new and existing customers; the Customer Service Specialist focuses on making sure the customer has a highly satisfying experience both during and after the sale. Customer Service Specialists also may help customers with troubleshooting problems in the field.**Hourly Rate:** $25.00**Essential Duties and Responsibilities*** The primary focus of the customer service specialist (CSS) is to ensure that all customer’s needs and concerns are addressed satisfactorily and in a timely fashion.* Provides general and technical information about products and services to current and potential customers.* Performs set number of outbound calls to current customers and prospects to secure additional business/sales opportunities.
