DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for compiling amounts owed by the company to vendors, suppliers, or other organizations/individuals. Gathers purchase orders, charge slips, sales tickets etc., and prepares payments. The successful candidate must be able to multitask, have demonstrated knowledge of MS Office products, possess good verbal and written communication skills, work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, maintain a professional demeanor, take a proactive approach to problem identification and a creative approach to resolution. Handle timely resolution of customers (internal and external) escalations. Support investigations of billing discrepancies and their resolutions. Ability to collect payment and maintain agreed targets (Bad Debt, Aging, AFDA). Develop strategies and provide recommendations on actions for escalated cases related to service disputes, auto renewal disputes, companies with cash flow issues, bankruptcy, non-responsive customers.
Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent with 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

Looking for a Cash Champion who can learn the role, someone who will be able to eventually take over this role so I can assist the business with other pressing issues in other aspects improving the work flow for our leaders, this person will be full time and help drive AFDA and Past dues, this would be a conversion temp to hire role for the right candidate, we are looking to have this person learn the business and help with getting AFDA/ past dues to zero
