Core Responsibilities
- Day to day client contact for smaller to mid tier clients
- Assist with:
- Account opening
- Asset movement
- Navigation of systems and platforms
- General inquiries and issue resolution
- No direct transaction processing, but ownership of inquiry through resolution
Skills & Tools
- Client communication via phone and email
- Microsoft Dynamics for client correspondence and tracking
- NetX360 as the primary client platform (used transparently with clients)
