Our Mission is to help horse and livestock owners easily install fencing with confidence to achieve their dreams.We have developed permanent and portable fencing solutions for our customers. Each fencing style is tailored with hardware products and step-by-step instructional videos that create an easy installation and money-saving process for our customers. Our core values are the backbone of our business and guide our hiring process. These core values are: Inspirational, Accountable, Discipline, Quality, Aligned, Result-Oriented, and Intentionality. Seven Peaks provides products to the Southwestern United States and is striving to expand nationally. We currently have locations in both Arizona and Texas.


Position Summary:

A Customer Service Associateis responsible for creating, building, and maintaining relationships with all customers. Being the face of our company, it is the Customer Service Associate'sjob to be positive, respectful, and responsive to the needs of all our clients. Through phone calls, emails, texts, social media and in-person communications, we strive to give our customers a 5-star experience each and every time. Ultimately, a successful Customer Service Associatewill know our products and how they function. As well as understanding the sales cycle, in order to give customers confidence that we will help them every step of the way.


Job Roles:

- Communicate with customers through:

- Webforms

- Social Media

- Phone Calls

- Texts

- Walk-ins

- Email

- Create Estimates for each customer.

- Make sales.

- Schedule Deliveries or pickups.

- Follow up with Customers.

- Get 5-star reviews.


Skills Needed:

- The ability to communicate clearly with customers.

- Staying calm and positive under pressure.

- The ability to multitask - talk and type at the same time.

- Computer skills - typing


Education Needed:

- High School Diploma.

- We are looking for a team member who is anxious to learn and grow every single day.


Physical Requirements:

- Sit behind a desk all day long.

- Physically talking to customers for hours each day.


Job Details:

- $19 - $22 per hour

- Full-time position (8 am - 4 pm)
