Customer Service SpecialistGood Life Inspections, Inc. is looking for a dynamic Customer Service Specialist to join our team of professionals. This individual contributor role is an hourly, full-time position located in North Highlands, California. The Customer Service Specialist will function as the face of Good Life Pest to our customers and will strive to provide superior service through various mediums.Responsibilities:Manage substantial amounts of incoming callsAbility to resolve customer complaintsIdentify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfactionBuild sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communicationManage inbound and outbound calls by providing professional and courteous customer serviceMeet personal/customer service team sales targets and call-handling quotasHandle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolutionSchedule appointmentsOrder EntryCross-sell related products to customersProvide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/toolsAssist customers with questions and concernsKeep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments as well as actions takenFollow communication procedures, guidelines, and policiesTake the extra mile to engage customersSkills and Must-Haves:Minimum of 3 years of recent call center experienceCommunicates in a professional manner (proper grammar, punctuation, and tone) in both written and verbal communicationEffective listenerAn independent problem solverReliable, punctual, and willing to learn new processes in a constantly evolving industryShould be able to work in a fast-paced, high volume, and goal-oriented environmentSelf-motivated individual capable of multitaskingProficient with Access, MS Excel, MS Word, and OutlookWindows Operating System and Office knowledge and experienceStrong organizational and follow-up skillsStrong attention to detailMust be enthusiastic, have a strong can-do attitude, and be a team playerProblem-solving skillsSelf-motivated to work without constant direct supervisionWork well under pressure with time-sensitive deadlinesPunctuality is imperativeType 40 WPMStrong phone contact handling skills and active listeningCustomer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of inquiries in a professional mannerAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
