If you are interested in this Customer Service Representative position, please contact Mitch at Customer Service Representative Compensation The pay for this position is $30 per hour Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Customer Service Representative Highlights This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs The required availability for this position is M-F 8am to 5pm EST Customer Service Representative Responsibilities · Provide order management support for Agilex Fragrances Customers including order entry and allocation of material to orders. · Process customer complaints including investigation and resolution. · Work cross-functionally across Agilex and customer organizations for appropriate problem resolution. · Partner with operations colleagues to arrange for shipments and related transactions. · Coordinate order status availability, pricing, and delivery to customers. · Proactively communicate supply/delivery issues to assigned customers. · Respond to customer inquiries and maintain accounts with updated notes and procedures. · Acknowledge, record, and follow-up on customer logistics and quality complaints. · Ensure special handling of large and complex customer requirements. · Access customer databases to retrieve purchase orders and ensure proper notifications. · Communicate customer expectations with various Agilex departments. · Handle inquiries in Customer Service Group mailbox and voice mail system. · Work with credit and A/R to resolve customer disputes. · Communicate pricing information to customers as needed. · Identify and resolve incomplete or block status sales orders. · Process orders for diverse customer bases and maintain relationships with Agilex sales staff. · Provide customers with requested documents as needed. · Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments on special requests. · Compile and maintain SOP/reports for assigned accounts as needed. · Perform other related duties as required in the Customer Service Department. Customer Service Representative Requirements Bachelor's Degree plus 1 year of comparable business experience preferred. 4 years’ experience in Customer Care/Sales/Logistics related function. Understanding of plant/warehouse systems and procedures, shipping and accounting. Knowledge of Logistics/Operations and its impact on fulfilling customer orders. Extensive customer service experience in chemical/fragrance industry.
