Customer Service Specialist Apply
The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for receiving and placing customer purchase orders and ensuring timely delivery of merchandise.RESPONSABILITIESMaintain direct contact with clientsCreate and control inventory projections for clientsAccess client websites, analyze demand, and upload it to the systemWeekly calls with the client to review inventory projectionsMonthly conferences with the client to review long-term demandControl of department KPIs: OTIF, Customer ComplaintsFollow-up with the team on service survey action plansCreate sales orders, samples, follow-up, and deliveryAnalyze sales/invoicing risks and opportunities weekly, as well as be responsible for consolidating them for the entire teamInform customers of the status of their orders and follow-upManage/control inventory levels based on customer agreementsWork closely with the Sales AgentReview backlog/backorderSupervision and execution of merchandise returnsMonitoring process indicatorsActively act in rework processes and slow mover sales, facilitating communication between involved areas and driving the necessary processes to complete the saleFollow up and respond to internal and external emails, ensuring a timely responseSend reports requested by leadership, such as, but not limited to: consignment in/out, inventory projections, open orders reports, horizontal consumption reports, etc.Other activities assigned by the leader.REQUIREMENTSEngineering or Bachelor's Degree; English;Spanish is a plus;Proactive communication, Attention to details, Risk management;Experience in logistics, customer service.
