Salary: $49,000 - $52,000 per year Shift: First Work hours: 8 AM - 5:30 PM Education: Associate Responsibilities RMA Management: Handle 10–12 packages daily, documenting damages, missing parts, and filing necessary reports. Communication: Act as the primary liaison between customers and manufacturers via phone and email to resolve return issues. Compliance & Metrics: Maintain high standards for aerospace certification, including managing Certificates of Compliance and internal quality metrics. Departmental Coordination: "Babysit" the receiving department to ensure inbound goods meet quality standards before they are processed. Data Entry: Utilize EPDS Axiom software and Microsoft Excel to track inventory, damages, and return statuses.
