The Customer Experience Associate serves as a frontline representative of the organization, delivering high-quality service that reflects the standards and values we promise our clients. This role supports customers throughout their journey by providing responsive communication, accurate account management, and seamless coordination across internal teams
What You’ll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every interaction is professional, courteous, and solution-focused
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients via phone and email, responding to inquiries with confidence and care
- Maintain and update customer account information with accuracy, discretion, and strict attention to confidentiality
- Support coordination of account-related documentation and follow-ups with external partners as needed
- Assist with daily account support functions, including data entry, issue tracking, payment-related setup, and documentation processing
- Collaborate with internal teams and participate in regular meetings to support smooth operations and consistent service delivery
- Anticipate customer needs and proactively resolve issues to prevent escalation
