If you're looking for your next opportunity, Imperial Dade is a great place to take that next step.This Customer Service role will interact with customers to provide information in response to customers' inquiries, concerns, and requests about our products and services.The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 7:30 am until 4:00 pm.You will:Answer customers' calls in a prompt, friendly, and professional manner.Interface with customers by telephone, electronically, or face-to-faceAssist with delivery challenges and customer returnsOptimize fill rates by providing substitutions for out-of-stock or discontinued itemsWhen necessary, escalate customer information, problems/needs, and requests to the customer service manager.You have:High school diploma, GED, or equivalent2 years of customer service experienceProficiency in MS Office and familiarity with using other software2 years of data entry experienceExcellent communication skillsAn outgoing personality, eager attitude to help othersWe offer a dynamic environment for our more than 7,500 employees to work, learn, and grow professionally.
