Customer Service Technical Support Representative Apply
Job Description Provides technical and sales support to consumers, dealers, and sales representatives to ensure efficient and accurate service related to our products, software, features, and functions. Responsibilities include: Providing post-sale support by troubleshooting, assisting with product installation and repair, directing to repair facilities, and managing returns and replacement parts during or after warranty periods. Document interactions to improve processes and product quality. Responding to inquiries, resolving routine issues, educating customers about products via phone, email, and other channels, and documenting interactions and resolutions. Offering pre-sale support by assisting with product selection, installation, promotions, availability, pricing, and purchase locations. Document interactions to support continuous improvement. Creating and executing routine reports, supporting multiple product families, monitoring personal KPIs, and striving for continuous improvement. Issuing return and repair authorizations as needed.
