Job Description

Russell Tobin's client is hiring a Customer Service Technical Support in Wayzata, MN


Employment Type: Contract

Location: Onsite (to transition into Hybrid) - Wayzata, MN 55391

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

*Must be flexible to start as early as 7am for meetings when needed

Pay rate: $25-$27/hr


Responsibilities:

  • Transfer, update, and manage tickets within internal systems
  • Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of ticket activity
  • Support internal IT processes and workflows
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution and routing of tasks
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) for reporting and documentation
  • Follow established procedures and maintain data accuracy
  • Participate in on-the-job training and skill development
  • Maintain communication with internal teams as needed (no customer-facing duties)


Requirements:

  • High school diploma, secondary education, or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 2 years of related work experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Experience using ticketing or case management systems preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
