Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Trailer Hookups: Prepare and hook up trailers for drivers supporting new trailer sales and repair operations.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pull, pack, stage, and ship parts for customer pickup or delivery; coordinate and manage outbound parts shipments.
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and damage; properly label and store inventory; perform routine cycle counts and assist with inventory control.
- Warehouse Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment; safely operate material-handling equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks in accordance with company safe standards.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance as an essential function of the position.
- Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
- This is a safety-sensitive role, subject to periodic or random fitness for duty exams and drug or alcohol screenings.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in warehouse operations, customer service, retail parts sales, or related role preferred.
- Knowledge of trailer parts, heavy-duty components, or mechanical products strongly preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing, equipment, or automotive environment is a plus.
Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and coworkers.
- Ability to read and interpret parts diagrams, catalogs, and specification sheets.
- High level of accuracy with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
- Demonstrated teamwork skills with a cooperative, positive, and service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and safeguard Cimarron Trailers’ proprietary and intellectual property by ensuring sensitive information is securely handled and shared only with authorized individuals.

Physical Demands:
- Ability to sit, stand and move throughout the facility as required.
- Ability to use hands, wrists, and arms for extended periods, up to 8 hours per day.
- Able to independently lift items up to 50 pounds; items exceeding 50 pounds must be team-lifted.

- Safety Glasses while in plant environment.
- Hearing protection while in plant environment
- Safety shoes
Work Environment:
- Combination of office, manufacturing plant, warehouse, and outdoor environments.
- Exposure to various environmental conditions, including extreme heat and cold, while moving between buildings.
- Exposure to loud noises while in plant environment.
