Hybrid Schedule Eligible./ppPosition summary: The Customer Solution Specialist provides customers with a hassle-free experience related to orders, inquiries, complaints, and other requests. The Customer Solution Specialist builds and maintains relationships with customers that strengthens our partnership with them. The Customer Solution Specialist helps drive team goals by meeting individual metrics, while actively supporting continuous improvement efforts./ppEssential job functions and responsibilities:/pulliHandle all customer needs in a timely and professional manner. This includes, but is not limited to, entering orders, answering phones, responding to emails timely, requests for quotes, material return authorizations, issuing credits, expediting orders, and providing product information./liliEnter all orders accurately and timely to achieve team goals./liliDocument customer interactions accurately and completely in CRM./liliBuild and maintain strong relationships with distributors./liliAdhere to department work instructions and processes./liliMaintain product and professional knowledge by attending trainings and by reviewing relevant materials./li/ulpEducation and Experience:/ppEducation: High School diploma/ppExperience: Minimum of two years Customer Service experience/ppSkills:/pulliExcellent Verbal/Written Communication and Interpersonal Skills/liliProblem Solving and Logic Skills/liliTime management and organizational skills/liliAttention to detail/liliAbility to work both independently and as a member of a team/liliProficiency using Microsoft office products/li/ulpWorking Conditions and Physical Requirements: Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
