Customer Solutions Sales ManagerThe Customer Solutions Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive sales efforts while also ensuring the successful delivery and implementation of our solutions for new and existing clients. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and communicative professional with a passion for building strong client relationships and seeing projects through to completion.Customer Solutions Sales Manager Job Duties:Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including networking, research, and referralsDevelop and deliver compelling sales proposals that effectively communicate the breadth and value of TAS offeringsBuild and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and business objectivesNegotiate contracts and close sales deals, achieving and exceeding sales targetsCollaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies and messagingServe as the primary point of contact for new clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding processDefine project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with the client and internal teamsManage project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standardsProactively communicate project status, risks, and issues to clients and internal stakeholdersFoster long-term client relationships by providing ongoing support and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-sellingRequirements:Competencies:Compliance & Risk Management: Ability to ensure work is done within industry regulations while upholding TAS' safety requirements, ensuring all employees adhere to rules and regulationsProblem Solving: Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve challenges effectivelyRelationship Management & Communication: Ability to effectively build, maintain, and navigate interactions with others with clear and concise communicationsTime & Task Management: Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively to achieve goals within a given deadlineCustomer Focus: Ability to prioritize and meet the needs of customers, both internal and externalProduct Knowledge: Deep understanding of company offerings and products as well as industry regulationsEducation and Experience:Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
