The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Core responsibilities include supporting client onboarding, driving customer success strategies, ensuring high customer retention rates, and analyzing customer feedback to improve services.
