Customer Success Manager, Healthcare Industry, Manchester, 40,000 basic + Commission.
Hybrid working.
This role is working for a well-established and globally recognised training solutions provider based in Manchester, which is viewed as the premier name to work for.
This firm is seen as the 'grown-up in the room' and informs some of the biggest healthcare organisations and businesses across many sectors.


This major success story seeks a motivated Customer Success Manager who wants to make a genuine and tangible difference in people's lives in their day-to-day sales role.


This firm's reputation will open up many doors before any client meeting, so you will have instant credibility and buy-in from your client base before any conversation.


Perhaps you are looking to move out of sales, but you enjoy the client side and want to get away from the relentless cold-calling aspect of your job.
If so, this role is for you and offers the chance for something slower-paced and more consultative and methodical.


This win-win customer success position involves working with an active client base where you will be looking to deeply understand the opportunities within your accounts and build strong client relationships.

Ideally, you will have a background selling in the Healthcare or Education sector, but applications are welcomed from any background as long as you have 3+ years of experience in business development/account management roles.
