Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Success Operations Associate to assist with daily administrative and communication tasks that support smooth pharmacy operations and ensure excellent patient care. This role provides support to both the customer service team and pharmacy staff, reporting directly to the Customer Success Operations Manager, along with daily interactions with the Director of Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up on basic prescription status requests and provide timely updates

• Assist in correcting and maintaining daily reports as directed

• Monitor prescription workflows and flag any delays or discrepancies

• Work with Operations in a planning capacity

Required Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated environment

• Basic computer skills; experience with pharmacy systems is a plus

• Familiarity with medical terminology and pharmacy practices

• High accuracy and attention to detail

• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

• Ability to remain calm and helpful under pressure

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
