We are seeking a motivated Customer Success Representative to support customer engagement and sales initiatives in a face-to-face environment. This role focuses on delivering a positive customer experience while representing telecommunications products and services in partnered retail locations. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, have strong communication skills, and are interested in building experience in customer success and sales. Training and ongoing support are provided. Responsibilities Engage with customers in person to provide customer support and product information Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services Support sales and promotional initiatives to increase brand awareness Assist with customer enrollment and service-related questions Help coordinate and support in-store promotional activities Build and maintain professional relationships with retail partners Represent the brand in a positive and professional manner Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 1–2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a customer-facing role preferred but not required Strong verbal and written communication skills Outgoing, professional, and customer-focused attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation and ability to commute to assigned locations Skills That Lead to Success Adaptability in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a willingness to learn Goal-oriented mindset Leadership experience is a plus, but not required What We Offer Structured onboarding and role-specific training Supportive, team-oriented work environment Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Hands-on experience in customer success and sales If you are interested in building a career in customer success while gaining real-world experience in a customer-facing role, we encourage you to apply. #J-18808-Ljbffr
