Customer Success Specialist Apply
The Product Knowledge Specialist is responsible for ensuring clients have a comprehensive understanding of the OMS (Order Management System) and WMS (Warehouse Management System) systems used by Faspoint. This position serves as a subject matter expert for warehouse fulfillment operational process flows, including process synchronization with the system, training, mentoring, and solution presentations to clients, particularly in the context of supply chain and e-commerce.Responsibilities:Implementing OMS & WMS System Training and EducationSynchronizing Warehouse Operational Process Flows with the SystemPreparing System Documentation and GuidesProduct and Solution Presentations to ClientsCoordinating and Supporting System ImplementationRequirements:Min. Bachelor's degree, preferably from a logistics majorMinimum 2 years of experience managing systems in a warehouse fulfillment/supply chain environmentMastery of OMS & WMS, as well as warehouse workflow synchronization processesUnderstanding of warehouse and supply chain operational principlesProficient in online and offline presentationsActive EnglishActive Mandarin is plus pointCommunicative, systematic, and thoroughProblem solver & analyticalAble to work across teamsCustomer-oriented
