These roles are perfect for people who thrive in fast-paced environments, love problem-solving, and enjoy working with cutting-edge tools and AI technology.What You’ll Do:Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, and calls, providing timely, professional, and accurate support.Analyze customer interactions, identify behavioral trends, and recommend process improvements to boost efficiency and satisfaction.Drive customer reactivation, retention, upselling, and campaign engagement using AI tools, CRM systems, and automation platforms.Track and report KPIs (FRT, resolution rate, CSAT, reactivation, retention, sales conversions) and translate data into actionable insights.Support onboarding, training, and mentoring of new team members while fostering a high-performance, accountable team culture.Act as a subject matter expert for customer handling, workflows, and escalation resolution.Lead small improvement projects, pilot initiatives, and process optimization efforts to enhance overall customer experience.Who We’re Looking For:2+ years of customer support or CX-focused experience in fast-paced environments.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and performance trends.Proactive, disciplined, and accountable work attitude with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Comfortable working with AI-assisted tools, automation workflows, and CRM systems.Growth-oriented, adaptable, and motivated to continuously improve processes and deliver exceptional customer experience.Able to work on shift schedule (possible night shifts/weekend shifts)Why Join our client:Opportunity to work with AI, automation, and advanced customer experience tools.Exposure to cross-functional collaboration and impactful projects.Professional development in CX, analytics, and operational leadership.
