Overview:
The Customer Support role in Bangalore is designed to deliver exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently. The objective of this role is to enhance customer satisfaction, promote engagement, and foster long-term relationships, ultimately driving customer loyalty and retention for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, documenting inquiries and complaints.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the relevant departments for resolution.
  • Provide product information, guides, and assistance to customers to maximize their use of our services.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and improve customer support processes and workflows.
  • Assist in training and onboarding new customer support team members as needed.
  • Gather customer feedback and contribute to team discussions aimed at service improvements.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in CRM software and customer support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
  • Basic understanding of data entry and management systems.
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting common technical issues related to products and services.
  • Ability to efficiently navigate multiple computer systems and applications.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer support or service role.
  • Established track record of effectively managing customer interactions.

Skills & Experience:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage with customers professionally and empathetically.
  • Strong customer service orientation, demonstrating a commitment to providing high-quality support.
  • Proven experience in customer relationship management, fostering positive interactions and rapport with clients.
  • Ability to effectively engage customers, maintaining ongoing relationships and addressing their needs proactively.
