Job Description

Currently, StaffBright has a great opportunity in the area. We’re on the lookout for dynamic individuals ready to make an impact in packaging solutions. If you’re passionate about being the central link between customers, sales, and internal operations, and thrive in a collaborative environment, then we want to hear from you!


What You Will Be Doing

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, handling inbound emails and calls, resolving issues, and managing requests
  • Process and manage quotes, purchase orders, order changes, and ensure accurate order entry in the ERP system
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, production, inventory, quality, procurement) to ensure orders are fulfilled on time and correctly
  • Schedule order pickups, track lead times, and keep customers updated on order status and timelines
  • Maintain accurate records and proactively support the team by identifying gaps, staying organized, and assisting where needed


What We Need From You

  • 3+ years of customer service experience supporting a physical/tangible product
  • Experience with ERP/CRM systems, including order entry and setting up new products or parts
  • Strong communication and computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and professional phone/email presence


All-Star Skillset

  • Experience with automotive OEMs
  • Experience with packaging
