Responsibilities include:
- Handling customer service inquiries from agents and clients via incoming calls and email
- Processing requests with multiple insurance carriers
- Assisting with communications between insurance carriers to ensure application accuracy and issuance
- Data entry
Prior experience is NOT REQUIRED for this entry-level position. All training is provided by our home office
team upon hire. Pay is dependent on experience.
