Customer Support Specialist Apply
We are looking for an Information Specialist II and will consider candidates who are fluent in Spanish.
Position: Information Specialist II
Location: Gettysburg, PA, 17325
Responsibilities:
- Communication with federal government licensees and telecommunication consumers by answering incoming calls and responding to online inquiries.
- Being available to work at the FCC office between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, based on the hotline's need.
- Performing other duties as assigned by the project manager.
- Completing outbound calls to telecommunications consumers as directed by the project manager.
- Assisting in the training of staff members as assigned by the project manager.
