Responsibilities

  • Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a professional manner

  • Address and resolve patient complaints or issues
  • Educate patients on services, treatments, and insurance options
  • Provide administrative support as needed

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in communication or related field is a plus
  • Prior experience in customer support or a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Proficient in computer applications and familiarity with dental software is preferred
  • Positive attitude and a genuine interest in providing exceptional patient care
