Job Description
- Detailed evaluation of contractor quotations for change orders (unit prices, take offs, etc)
- Update of budget tracking tools based on change orders and identify/report budget concerns
- Monthly Journal Corrections/Accruals by project budgets
- Monthly and YTD cost Reporting by project budgets
- Creation of monthly cost reports, should be able to do cost analysis.
- Review Invoicing and ensure timely payments
- Support cash flow management and report status
- Support purchase order requisitions
Required Qualifications
- Level of experience- 5-10 years as a cost and financial analyst
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Adobe
- Strong organization and communication skills.
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD (preferred) or BlueBeam (acceptable)
- Experience in the construction field
Additional Desired Qualifications
- Degree in engineering or construction management, or equivalent
- Working knowledge of RS Means
- Scheduling Experience
