Detailed Description of Responsibilities

Detailed evaluation of contractor quotations for change orders (unit prices, take offs, etc)

Update of budget tracking tools based on change orders and identify/report budget concerns

Monthly Journal Corrections/Accruals by project budgets

Monthly and YTD cost Reporting by project budgets

Creation of monthly cost reports, should be able to do cost analysis.

Review Invoicing and ensure timely payments

Support cash flow management and report status

Support purchase order requisitions

Required Qualifications

Level of experience- 5-10 years as a cost and financial analyst

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Adobe

Strong organization and communication skills.

Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD (preferred) or BlueBeam (acceptable)

Experience in the construction field

Additional Desired Qualifications

Degree in engineering or construction management, or equivalent

Working knowledge of RSMeans
