- 2 years technical degree or equivalent work experience
- Bonus if you have:
- Experience with automated robotic paint shop applications
- Experience with Kawasaki Robots, Fanuc Robots (programming and problem troubleshooting)
- Experience with Digital Engineering
Additional related certifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent experience
What you'll be doing:
- Online robot programming Sealer, UBC, and Dampening. Run trials and adjust parameters. Evaluate quality drawings and meet standards
- Online robot Programming Primer, Base and Clear Run trials and adjust parameters. Evaluate quality drawings and meet standards
- Off line robot programming: Use simulation software to perform reach studies and cycle time analysis. Knowledge of Fanuc Paint Pro and Kawasaki Carott3 programming software
- Evaluate Quality: Use elco-meters, wave-scan and X-Rite
- Create Hand Over Documents: Create snapshots of the robot processes for the NAMC's
- Effective communications: Must be able to use Microsoft Office and communicate with the written word
