We're looking for a seasoned professional who can manage cyber security compliance, drive projects, and dive into technical challenges—all while staying agile in an ever-changing threat landscape.What You'll Be Doing Project Leadership & CoordinationLead cyber security compliance across site infrastructure and systems, keeping KPIs on track while adapting to new threatsBuild and maintain a portfolio of cyber remediation activities—think lifecycle management, obsolescence, and data qualityDrive remediation projects and improvement initiatives, balancing planned work with reactive incident responsesAct as the bridge between site operations and central Digital & Cyber Security teamsSupport Digital and Operational Excellence teams by embedding security into systems from day oneCollaborate with management, project teams, suppliers, and partners to align cyber security with business needsHands-On Technical Work Plan and execute maintenance tasks, patching, and remediation to stay ahead of obsolescence and compliance issuesManage system hardening, antivirus updates, and monitoring tools, prioritizing based on threat intelligenceAddress Active Directory non-compliance with tools like Alsid (or similar)Respond to cyber incidents and alerts, adjusting focus when urgency strikesOwn compliance results independently, with minimal supervisionKey Responsibilities:Compliance & Risk ManagementMonitor and report KPI status weekly, escalating urgent issues immediatelyIdentify, analyze, and prioritize compliance gaps and remediationImplement solutions for non-compliance issues and collaborate with teams on rapid responseEnsure digital standards are met across Automation, Smart Factory, and Quality systemsKeep all systems patched, protected, monitored, and hardenedPortfolio & Lifecycle Management Maintain a complete inventory of obsolete assets and applications, with proactive remediation plansReassess and reprioritize remediation backlog based on emerging threats and business impactTrack orphan assets and ensure proper documentation in systems like ServiceNow CMDBDevelop clear procedures and work instructions, capturing lessons learned from incidentsDefine consistent reporting and rapid communication protocols for urgent mattersWhat We're Looking ForTechnical SkillsStrong expertise in Microsoft OS (Windows 7/10/Server 2016-2022); MCSE is a plusSolid network fundamentals: TCP/IP, AD, client-server architectureExperience with firewalls, AV, patching, hardening tools (BIT9, FireEye, SentinelOne, Symantec, SCCM…)Familiarity with ServiceNow CMDB and asset management systems is a bonusUnderstanding of threat intelligence, vulnerability management, lifecycle, and obsolescence planningKnowledge of GMP, GAMP5, CFR21 Part11 is a plusExperience & ApproachProven track record managing small to medium digital projects, preferably in regulated industriesStrong analytical and problem-solving mindsetHands-on approach to technical tasks and remediation portfoliosAgile and adaptable—can pivot when critical security issues emergeAble to work independently and take ownership in urgent situationsCommunication & Style Fluent in English and Dutch (French is a plus)Excellent collaborator with technical teams, management, and external partnersSkilled at balancing planned projects with reactive incident responseCalm under pressure, organized, and eager to share knowledgeThis role is perfect for someone equally comfortable leading a project meeting, troubleshooting systems, building remediation plans, and rapidly reprioritizing work when cyber threats demand immediate attention.
