Role: Cyber Security analyst

Location: Coral Gables, FL 33134

Duration: 6 month contract

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze security alerts from various tools (e.g., SIEM, EDR).
• Conduct vulnerability scans and recommend remediation strategies.
• Investigate and respond to security incidents and breaches.
• Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Perform risk assessments and security audits.
• Stay updated on the latest cyber threats and technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity tools, ideally Splunk, CrowdStrike, and Rapid7
• Familiarity with threat intelligence, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
