With guidance from their Information Security team, they maintain a high standard for tracking security metrics and ensuring all identified gaps are effectively remediated.About the RoleThis role involves supporting IT operations and ensuring the security of information systems while contributing to the overall mission of the company.ResponsibilitiesSupport IT operations and system support.Assist in application support and information security tasks.Track security metrics and report on identified gaps.Coordinate with the Information Security team for operational support.QualificationsDiploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.1-3 years of working experience in IT operations, system support, application support, or information security.Fresh graduates with strong IT fundamentals and internship experience may be considered.Required SkillsGood English communication skills (written and verbal).Strong attention to detail and ability to track tasks and issues to closure.Comfortable working with tickets, reports, spreadsheets, and documentation.Basic understanding of IT systems, applications, or infrastructure.Strong interest and willingness to learn information security concepts and practices.Able to work independently on assigned tasks while escalating issues appropriately.Preferred SkillsExperience in information security practices.Familiarity with risk management frameworks.
