Our client, a leading organization in the financial technology sector, is seeking a Cyber Security Project Manager to join their team. As a Cyber Security Project Manager, you will be part of the Cybersecurity organization supporting various project initiatives aimed at defending and protecting critical technology assets. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Cyber Security Project Manager Location: Columbus, OH or Alpharetta, GA or Berkeley Heights, NJ (5 days onsite a week) Pay Range: $80 What's the Job? Lead and manage cybersecurity project initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Control and manage project schedules, monitor costs, and drive technical performance of cybersecurity components and operations. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate project success and ensure clear communication across all levels. Ensure adherence to project methodologies, delivery processes, and implementation management standards. Manage project budgets, validate estimates, track variances, and optimize resource allocation for maximum efficiency. What's Needed? Bachelor’s degree with 5-7 years of full lifecycle project management experience within a global enterprise environment. Certification such as PMP or equivalent, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Microsoft Project. Proven success in delivering projects on time and within budget, with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging diverse stakeholders and developing comprehensive project artifacts. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. What's in it for me?
