Location: Remote (Must be based in Canada)

Pay rate : $60 to $65/hr
Responsibilities/Job Duties/Job Description/Qualifications:
Need a CyberkArk Engineer to support the CyberArk Password vault solution and its integration with systems at our client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, and support of the CyberArk Privileged Access Management solutions. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the security and compliance of privileged accounts and credentials across our enterprise infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, review, and recommend changes to CyberArk configuration and overall architecture to ensure adequacy of security controls
- Keep the application up to date and perform the required OS patching
- Works closely with IT system administrators and application owners to support and enhance the existing Privilege Access Management (PAM) program
- Performing Privileged identity and access management responsibilities should have in-depth PIM / PA conceptual knowledge.
- Recommend solutions for incremental improvements to PAM program
- Responsible for Managing the Vault workload, Specifying Administration settings, Monitoring Vault services, managing vault licenses, Information recovery, HA vault cluster
- Preparing Technical Documentation such as Standard operating procedures (SOP), Inventory and Capacity Report
- Must have experience in Users, groups and LDAP integration, Access control, MFA etc
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience with CyberArk Privileged Access Management solutions.
- Vendor certifications demonstrating qualifications on the CyberArk products.
- Experience with directory services (e.g., Active Directory) and authentication protocols.
- Utilize existing processes and procedures, propose improvements and implement new processes and procedures.
- Strong knowledge of IT security principles, practices, and technologies.
- Construct, integrate, test and document new hardware and software following processes to adhere to requirements such as Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP), Information Security Management System (ISO 27001 & 27019), and CSC.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements related to privileged access management (e.g., GDPR, SOX, HIPAA).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
