About the RoleWe are looking for a Cybersecurity Service Management Lead to oversee the delivery, performance, and continuous improvement of cybersecurity operations services. This role suits a security professional with broad exposure across security domains and strong service governance capabilities. The focus is on managing outcomes, vendors, and service performance-not hands‑on SOC work.Key ResponsibilitiesService & Operations LeadershipManage end‑to‑end delivery of cybersecurity services with consistent performance.Oversee day‑to‑day security operations, including SOC, engineering, and platform services.Drive operational governance, reporting, and service performance reviews.Vendor & Partner ManagementLead vendor oversight, performance tracking, and SLA compliance.Serve as the escalation point for service delivery issues.Ensure service providers deliver accurate metrics, documentation, and improvements.Stakeholder & Cross‑Functional EngagementPartner with IT, engineering, and business teams to integrate security services effectively.Translate technical requirements into actionable work items.Prepare and deliver executive‑level reports, updates, and presentations.Project & Change DeliveryDrive security operations projects, enhancements, and transformation initiatives.Coordinate with internal and external teams to deliver improvements.Support integration of security services into broader ITSM processes.Service Management & GovernanceApply ITIL/ITSM practices to manage service lifecycle, incidents, changes, and requests.Support alignment of security services with enterprise service frameworks.Lead continuous improvement and operational maturity efforts.What We're Looking ForMust‑Have Experience7+ years in cybersecurity, security operations, or IT service management.In‑house operational experience (not purely vendor/consulting).Broad understanding across multiple cybersecurity domains.Proven ability to manage vendors, SLAs, and service outcomes.Strong capability to drive delivery via others (even without direct reports).Key SkillsExcellent communication and presentation skills.Strong project management and organisational abilities.Ability to articulate security requirements clearly to technical teams.Working knowledge of ITSM concepts (theoretical level is sufficient).Nice‑to‑HaveExperience with service delivery in mid‑to‑large enterprises.Exposure to SOC operations, cloud or infrastructure environments.Experience maturing or scaling operations functions.Who Will Succeed in This Role?A broad‑skilled "jack of all trades" security professional.Someone seeking a growth role with future leadership opportunities.A problem‑solver who can work independently and deliver results.A strong communicator who can present well and follow through with accountability.Argyll Scott Asia is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
