Senior level Dynamics CE Practice Lead/Solution Architect with a focus on Field Service implementations. If they also have Project Ops that would be a bonus.
We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), including CRM, Customer Service, and a strong focus on Field Service. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between strategic objectives and technical execution by designing and implementing tailored solutions that meet complex business needs. This role requires a deep understanding of Dynamics 365 CE, business processes, and system integration to deliver scalable and innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Solution Design and Architecture:
o Design end-to-end solutions using Dynamics 365 CE, with a focus on CRM, Customer Service, and Field Service modules.
o Develop system architectures that align with business goals and ensure scalability, security, and performance.
o Map functional requirements to technical solutions.
2. Implementation and Configuration:
o Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CE applications to meet specific client requirements.
o Create and manage integrations with other business systems (e.g., ERP, custom apps, third-party tools).
o Oversee the migration of data into Dynamics 365 CE.
3. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
o Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business processes and translating them into technical solutions.
o Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and technical consultants to ensure successful project delivery.
o Provide guidance and mentorship to technical teams, ensuring alignment with architectural goals.
4. Innovation and Best Practices:
o Stay up to date with the latest Dynamics 365 CE updates, features, and best practices.
o Identify opportunities to leverage new features and tools to enhance client solutions.
o Establish and promote standards for solution design and implementation.
Experience:
o 5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, including CRM, Customer Service, and Field Service.
o Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise-scale solutions.
Technical Expertise:
o Proficiency in customizing and configuring Dynamics 365 CE modules.
o Strong understanding of system integration using APIs, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), and Azure.
o Knowledge of data migration tools and methodologies.
Soft Skills:
o Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
o Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
o Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Dynamics 365 Field Service implementations, including resource scheduling, work order management, and mobile solutions.
Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 CE (e.g., Dynamics 365 CE Solution Architect Expert).
Experience with cloud platforms, such as Microsoft Azure.
