Job description

Desired skills/responsibilities:

  • Produce accurate and timely shop drawings from architectural drawings
  • Communicating with Project Managers to verify solutions and conditions.
  • Managing time schedules and priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Cabinet & Casework fabrication, installation, or shop experience is a plus
  • Some understanding of basic CNC machine programming

Experience/Background:

  • 1 year in CAD software
  • 1 year Knowledge or experience with 3D modeling. (Inventor, Solidworks, etc.)
  • 1 year Knowledge or experience with cabinet design software, Autodesk Inventor is a required
  • Familiar with standard commercial & cabinet/casework materials and construction.
  • Familiar with Architectural Woodworking Institute (AWI) standards.
  • Demonstrate strong written & verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivation and strong attention to detail
  • Thinks critically with complex problem solving and evaluation skills.
  • Associate degree preferred but not necessary.
