Dark Utilities Commissioning and Qualification (Warehouse) Project Manager for a global, high exceeding pharmaceutical company to join our team!
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 10+ years experience in pharmaceuticals (preferred), medical device, oil/gas with dark utilities
- C+Q with dark utilities
- Project Management roles required
- Ability to manage 10-15 different contract agencies
Location: Indiana
Commitment: long term contract starting at 12 + months

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the construction company responsible for the automated warehouse build, and other contract companies (10-15)
- Apply expertise in Commissioning and Qualification (C+Q) for utilities, including dark utilities (HVAC systems (air handling units, chilled water, steam for heating, Compressed air (for equipment operation, not for product contact), Electrical power systems, Lighting, Building management systems, Cooling towers and chilled water loops, Steam for facility heating (not clean steam)
- Collaborate closely with the C+Q team and construction team to ensure scope alignment between construction and qualification requirements.
- Coordinate with 10-15+ different companies involved in the project.
- Maintain strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Attend and contribute to meetings with mechanical team lead and other project leaders.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in relevant industries; 15+ years preferred.
- Proven ability to handle complex projects and manage multiple contractors/vendors.
- Strong knowledge of C+Q processes for dark utilities and construction integration.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, chemical, or power plant environments.
- Ability to work independently and "hold your own" in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
