It’s a deeply technical, delivery-oriented architecture position sitting within a central Data & Analytics function, working directly with engineering teams and business partners to design, evolve, and execute modern data platforms at scale. What you’ll be doingDesigning and evolving modern Data & Analytics architectures (batch, real-time, cloud & hybrid)Partnering with delivery teams and business stakeholders to translate needs into scalable solutionsDefining standards, patterns, and frameworks across Databricks, Azure, Power BI, ML platforms, and ingestion toolsSupporting execution — reviewing designs, advising engineers, solving complex technical problemsEvaluating new tools and capabilities, running POCs, and influencing platform roadmapsActing as a technical mentor across data engineering, analytics, and ML teamsThis is an individual contributor role (manager-grade) — ideal for someone who wants architectural ownership without people management.
