The Cebu-based team works closely with U.S. teams to deliver operational insights, reporting, and analytics that drive business performance.Role Overview The Data & Reporting Analyst will support operational reporting, data analysis, and performance insights for U.S. operations. This is an onsite role in Cebu requiring candidates to work night shifts aligned with U.S. hours. The role is suitable for both fresh graduates and experienced professionals seeking a career in data analytics or fintech operations.Key ResponsibilitiesCollect, analyze, and report on operational data to support U.S. teams.Develop dashboards, spreadsheets, and reports to track performance metrics.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.Assist in operational decision-making by providing actionable insights.Maintain high standards of data quality, attention to detail, and documentation.QualificationsBackground in finance, accounting, economics, business, data analytics, or related fields preferred.Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.Strong proficiency in Excel or spreadsheet software.Advanced English skills (C1–C2).High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking.Must be available to work onsite in Cebu during U.S. hours (night shift).Compensation & BenefitsEquity Participation: Employees receive 500 shares under standard vesting terms.Base salaryContinuity Bonus: A performance-based bonus may be awarded later in the year.Hardware: Company-issued hardware may become employee-owned after 1–2 years, depending on tenure and engagement structure.Engagement Structure Team members may be engaged as employees (including via Employer of Record) or independent contractors. Classification is finalized during the offer process.
