We provide a diverse range of roles across many locations and a career where you can make a meaningful impact.THE ROLEUnder the direction of the Data Analytics and Insights Manager, they research, develop and implement analytical solutions for business users to improve customer relationships, forecast and business performance. They design and develop reporting packages, dashboards and scorecards for businesses to improve decision making and achieve business objectives, in collaboration with vendors and stakeholders. They perform analysis and present results and findings to inform key business stakeholders. They monitor analytics, key performance indicator’s (KPI’s) and metrics results and synthesize data and reports for business insights. In addition, they interpret data and identify trends as well as a potential for improvement in business practices such as customer relation management (CRM) strategies, performance of key programs, profitability, customer segmentation and revenue growth. They develop, prepare and deliver reports, briefing notes, presentations, responses to inquiries and briefing materials for Managers or Division Heads. QUALIFICATIONS NEEDEDEducation, Certifications and Licenses College diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field AND several years of experience in data analysis, database design or a related field Experience In Transact Structured Query Language (T-SQL) In developing data cubes for analysis In using tools and code to support analytical projects In data modeling and programming In data visualization and in designing and creating dashboards and Business Intelligence (BI) models In applying policies, procedures, and regulations In conducting deep-dive analyses In working with datasets Competencies Client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership.
