NEXEO is currently looking for a Data Analyst to support a major client in Brussels.This mission is part of a data-driven transformation program aimed at strengthening reporting capabilities, improving data quality, and enabling better business decision-making across key departments.Mission OverviewAs Data Analyst, you will be responsible for transforming raw data into clear, actionable insights that support strategic and operational decisions. You will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to enhance reporting, optimize data processes, and ensure data integrity across systems.Key ResponsibilitiesExtract, clean, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sourcesDesign, build, and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI frameworksTranslate business requirements into data models and analytical outputsEnsure data quality, consistency, and governance standards are respectedIdentify trends, patterns, and anomalies to support business decisionsCollaborate with business and IT teams to improve data accessibility and usabilitySupport continuous improvement of reporting and data processesContribute to data modelling and optimization initiativesProfile RequiredMinimum 3–5 years of experience as a Data AnalystStrong analytical mindset with ability to structure and interpret complex datasetsExperience in data reporting, analysis, and visualizationDegree in Data, IT, Economics, Finance, or related fieldTechnical SkillsStrong command of SQLAdvanced Excel skillsExperience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI toolsGood understanding of data structures and databasesKnowledge of Python or R is a strong assetLanguagesEnglish: FluentFrench and/or Dutch: Professional working knowledgeSoft SkillsStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindsetHigh attention to detail and data accuracyAbility to translate data into business insightsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsProactive, structured, and autonomous working styleAbility to work in a fast-paced, evolving environmen
