Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze data from various sources to support organizational goals.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data requirements and provide insights tailored to their needs.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within the data to inform decision-making.
  • Present findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular checks and validations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in data analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex data findings.
  • Experience with statistical analysis and modeling techniques is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Familiarity with data governance and best practices in data management.
