Company JD:

• As a Business Data Analyst or Specialist you will be responsible for managing data retrieval and analysis within SCMHC
• The position includes organizing data points, communicating between upper management and the IT department, and analyzing data to determine business needs
• Become subject matter expert for the organization's EMR/HER (Credible Behavioral Health) and champions it's adoption
• Develops data solutions from multiple data sources / applications
• Develops and manages data reporting for internal and external consumers
• Daily, monthly, & quarterly uploads/ Submits data as required
• Ensure data is secure via proper access controls
• Provides EMR/HER assistance and support to end-users
