Marketing Specialist Assistant will report to the Client Services Director

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly detail‐oriented Data Analyst to support data processing, campaign execution, and operational excellence within our consumer finance marketing environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, accuracy, and problem‐solving, and who enjoys working closely with internal teams and client partners to deliver high‐quality results.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Perform customer file reformats to ensure data is structured, validated, and ready for downstream processing.
  • Execute campaign processing using both internal and external data sources to support marketing initiatives.
  • Apply client‐specific knowledge to guide decisions, ensure accuracy, and tailor processing to unique business rules.
  • Maintain and improve internal data processes, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and compliance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Maintain clear and proactive communication within the internal team to ensure alignment and workflow transparency.
  • Update internal trackers and documentation to confirm work is completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Participate in internal training sessions to support company culture, professional development, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Clear and effective communicator across technical and non‐technical teams.
  • Proven problem‐solving abilities with a proactive, solution‐oriented mindset.
  • Innovative thinker who can identify opportunities to streamline processes.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Access, and SQL databases.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‐paced environment.
