PAY RANGE The Target Pay Range for this position is $88,000.00-$107,500.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $68,300.00 - $127,500.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Analytics & Insights Generation: You'llconductexploratory, diagnostic, and descriptive analyses to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies that inform business decisions. Dashboard & Reporting Development: You'llcreate andmaintaindashboards, reports, and visualizations that clearly track KPIs and business performance across various functions. Stakeholder Collaboration: You'llpartner with cross-functional teams to define meaningful metrics and ensure insights align with business goals. Experimentation & Optimization: You'llanalyze A/B tests, interpret results, and communicate actionable recommendations that drive optimization efforts. Data Preparation & Transformation: You'llcollect, clean, and transform data using SQL, Python, or tools like Alteryx to ensure high-quality datasets for analysis.
